Bought new in 1957 by Mr. Freeman from Babbit Motors in Laurinburg, NC. Mrs. Freeman the local 1st (later 2nd) grade teacher in Raeford, NC drove the car until 1977. The car was found and bought by Harry Doody in 1979 and was in running order by 2000. I purchased the car from him in April of 2006. The car is pretty much original including the paint. I plan on restoring the car to its former glory and leave her as stock as possible.
