Vehicle History:
The first time I ever saw these cars was the first time I saw Christine. I was just a kid, I always wanted one since then, years went by and then I gave up hope on ever getting one. Until Justin my best friend (who happens to be my girlfriends brother), her name is Brienne, pulled into church one Sunday with his new pride and joy a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere 4dr sedan, I fell in love with them all over again. She was in a beautiful black/red paint gleeming in the summer sun. I was 16 and we had the time of our lives in that great car for the past few years. Then in the summer of 1999 we started to restore that beautiful 57 until his girlfriend yelled at him and would not let him work on it, so it got put in the garage until we could work on it again. Then tragedy happened and my best friend died in a car wreck. Missy i hope you feel like crap.
My girlfriend inherited the 57 and i just kinda of gave up the idea of owning one of my own, because of the memories of my friend and his 57. But fortunatly my girlfriend talked me into doing what her brother would want me to do and that is get what I love , a 57/58 Plymouth. So in November of 02 we found a 57 Belvedere 2dr hdtp in Oregon. We were told it was stored in a barn for 25 to 30 years and that it was in decent shape, but when we got it shipped to us it was in pretty rough shape. but it did have all the signs of being in a barn with alot of moss and homes for mice in it. I was once again losing interest and once again my girlfriend was the one that gave me hope and now I am happier than ever , diving head first into the restoration. I am doing all the work myself, I have the body done in red primer and it's ready for paint, which I am painting the same colors as my girlfriends just in opposite order, which is Red/Black instead of Black/Red . Different but the same in spirit, in memory of my friend. So we can have miss matching cars. Next I did my interior myself, in red/black leather. I am now ready to do the engine then paint the car and finish any little details. All the while I am restoring my girlfriends 57 4dr . Which you can see also in this section of visitors cars. After I get these two cars done I am going to show them off and hopefully be able to catch some eyes and hopefully be able to start my own restoration shop.

Thanks for showing an interest in my story and if you got any questions or comments e-mail me.
