Vehicle History:
This rust free 1958 Plymouth Belvedere was originally purchased in the North West Territories in upper Canada. That is where it remaind for most of its time. However, in 1978 it was brought up to Northern Ontario Canada via another gentlemen. It is here that the car's history becomes a bit sketchy. Who brought it up here is a bit of a mystery, and my research of this area of the car's history has turned up very little. It was subsequently purchased in 1979 by the fellow that I bought it from. He did a fast rebuild on it, and drove it as a daily driver until 1986. I then purchased the car, and drove it until 1992. After that it was in dire need of a restoration. Having few dollars at the time, I put the car in dry storage until 1997. It was then that I began an extensive 4 year restoration on it. It was completed in 2000, and won people's choice, and best of show at it's first car show outing. It just recently placed in the top ten of over two thousand cars at the Mopar Nationals in New Hamburg Ontario, Canada.
