Vehicle History:
I purchased this car in 1991. I am the second owner. The Belvedere was purchased in Birmingham AL. The body is all stock except for the wheels. The eng. was removed, and a 413 took it's place. The eng. was bored, the heads were freshened, a larger cam installed, and the Carters carbs were replaced with 600 Hollies, and a lot of other good stuff.  The transmission is a 727 push button with coolers and a shift kit with a 3500 stall. The driveshaft is out of a Chrysler, and the rear gear is a 355 from a 1968 Plymouth. I don't drive the Belv. very much, she likes the racing fuels $8.00 a gal. I show her in the TN area and have won lots of tropheys.  Of all the cars I've owned, this is my favorite. She has big fins and is very very fast.
